Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:
This curricular unit intends to establish the first contact between the student and the different professional realities within the several nutritionist action areas.
The student should be able to:
- Identify and characterize the different nutritionist action areas.
- Observe and analyze the nutritionist intervention in different field areas.
- Analyze the obtained data according to the knowledge acquired during the graduation program.

Fieldwork:
Students will be divided in groups and assorted within the different places. In each location the students will have to prepare a report describing what they observed.
