Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:

Introduce students to the study of cognitive, emotional and behavioural differences between individuals, particularly in the areas of psycho-physical characteristics, intelligence and personality. Competences: describe and contrast the main theories of Differential Psychology and its applications; describe the methodology of Differential Psychology; identify the determinants and consequences of major individual and group psychological differences; in the field of psychological characteristics, intelligence and personality, describe inter-individual and inter-group differences; analyse a problem of psychological differentiation in terms of creativity or innovation.
