Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:
- Objectives: provide the theoretical foundations and the practical specificities as the basis to understand the cognitive competencies assessment methodologies so that students are skilled to select and use them.
- Skills: know the historical-evolutionary matrix of the cognitive competencies assessment strategies; understand the socio-cultural, ethical and legal aspects of the psychological evaluation in general and the cognitive competencies assessment in particular; to know how to use the different types of psychological assessment interview; characterize and recognize the various parameters of clinical observation; understand and use the different assessment tools of cognitive competencies; articulate the instrument results with the interview and clinical observation, looking forward to achieve a comprehensive and global analysis.
