Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:
This curricular unit aims to introduce students to the study of cognitive, emotional and behavioral differences between individuals, particularly in the areas of psycho-physical characteristics, intelligence and personality.
Students who successfully complete this curricular unit will be able to:
- Describe and contrast the main theories of Differential Psychology and its applications.
- Describe the methodology of Differential Psychology.
- Identify the determinants and consequences of major individual and group psychological differences.
- Describe differences inter-individual and inter-group in the field of psycho-physical characteristics, intelligence and personality.
- Analyze a problem of psychological differentiation in terms of creativity or innovation.
