Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:
At the end of curricular unit students should be able to:
- Apply the techniques of scientific research;
- Develop a critical position towards the existing information;
- Assess available information on health, particularly of Physiotherapy;
- Select, gather, analyze and synthesize the evidence of information from a wide range of sources using methods of gathering and interpreting data in order to provide information to guide clinical practice;
- Select techniques and tools for data collection;
- Develop and operationalize a research project.
Syllabus:
Critical analysis of literature.
Planning a research work.
Practical application of content developed in UC Research Methods and Applied Research in Physical Therapy I in order to elaborate the research project, as well as their method of data collection.
