Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:
The Assessment of Food Intake Unit aims to acquaint students with the methods of collection of food intake information.
Skills to be acquired:
- To understand and correctly use specific concepts of food intake evaluation.
- To be familiar with the data collection methods for food intake and to adapt them to specific situations.
- To be able to collect, record and report data on individual food intake.
