Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:

In the end of the curricular unit, students should be able to:

  • Use general concepts acquired in different areas of knowledge, to facilitate the dialogue with other members of the multidisciplinary team, in which they will be integrated in their professional activity.
  • Understand more easily the working principles and mechanisms associated to live organisms, what results in a more conscious and rational application of certain therapeutic techniques to patients.
  • Identify and understand more easily problems of the organism, for which it is necessary to relate information from different areas. Propose more easily, in this way, solutions, being an important help the mental flexibility acquired and the logic reasoning developed.
  • Develop, in a capable and integrate way, research work in their training area and similar areas.
