Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:
The goal of this course is promoting the acquisition of knowledge and the development of attitudes and skills that enable a professional practice complying with pharmacy ethics and with the legislation governing pharmacy, medicinal products and medical devices.

- Legal framework governing community pharmacies in Portugal
- Legal requirements pertaining to dispensing prescribed medicines and controlled substances

- Legal framework governing medical devices
