Learning outcomes of the curricular unit:

The main goal of the laboratorial management is to form the student to create and implement successuful strategies in the laboratorial management, approaching each laboratorial areas. The student will be able to evaluate the marketing plans, products and services trade; monitor the operations and the logistic plans; the information systems and tecnologies; the human resources; the economical and financial status of the laboratory. At the end of the curricular unit the student will have the essential knowledge for a proper laboratorial management.
